Contract mechanics

These terms form a contract between you and EFOone SARL-S when you create an account, accept updated terms or continue using the service after lawful notice. If you use EFOone for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

Use of EFOone

Use accurate information, keep credentials secure and use football data lawfully. Adults hold their own account; players under 18 need a parent or guardian to approve theirs.

Safeguarding

Players under 18 join through the full guardian path: verified guardian email, recorded consent, and a guardian who can withdraw consent or delete the account at any time. Under-18 self-registration for professional or authority roles is unavailable. Guardian consent never creates public visibility, and minor rankings, awards, scouting and agent discovery remain prohibited.

Teams and invitations

Team authority requires authorised, role-scoped, expiring, single-use invitation redemption or existing authorised membership. Raw team names or identifiers cannot grant head-coach or administrative authority.

AI and uploads

Pending counsel review

AI insights are supportive only and are never a judgement of a person. For text features, external AI receives anonymised allowlisted text and metadata, and no direct player identifiers, guardian or contact data, minor data or free-text identifiers. When video analysis is switched on, still frames from a video you upload may be sent to OpenAI for that one analysis, only at the request of the adult who owns the footage, and for a player under 18 only where the club has recorded filming consent and the guardian has separately opted in. Audio and original files are never sent. You can refuse or withdraw video analysis in Settings at any time. The feature is not switched on yet.

Acceptable use

Do not impersonate others, manipulate records, misuse player data, bypass safeguards or upload unlawful content.

Payments and providers

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Prices are shown in euro, VAT included, exactly as charged. Providers and retention periods are described in the Privacy Policy.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason. Write to contact@efoone.com from your account email address; we refund the amount paid within 14 days using the original payment method. If you asked us to start the paid service immediately inside those 14 days, we may keep a proportionate amount for the part you already used. Your free account is never affected.
