EFOone ("we", "us") helps football players, coaches, scouts, agents and clubs track performance and build verified football profiles. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under the EU GDPR.
Data we collect
Account details (name, email, role, position, club), performance data you log (matches, training, ratings), highlight videos and clips you upload, and basic usage/device data needed to run the service.
How we use it
To provide your dashboard and analysis, generate AI performance insights, enable team and scouting features, process subscriptions, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data.
Third parties
We use Stripe for payments, AI providers for analysis of the content you submit, and email providers for transactional messages. These process data only to deliver their service to us.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, withdraw consent, and object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNPD (Luxembourg).
Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards as required by law. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
